Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks.
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide commercial cleaning services in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Manage time effectively to complete all cleaning assignments within designated time frames.
- Communicate with team members and management regarding any maintenance issues or supply needs.




- Assist with heavy lifting as required for moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Maintain a positive customer service attitude while interacting with clients and building occupants.

Skills

- Proven experience in custodial roles or commercial cleaning environments is preferred.
- Robust communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with cleaning supplies, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Capability of performing heavy lifting as necessary during cleaning operations.
