Olymbec is looking for a Cleaning Attendant (Heavy Duties) to maintain our buildings in Montreal.

The Cleaning

Attendant will be responsible for making sure that the building's hygiene and cleanliness remain a top priority. They will help improve the quality of life for our tenants while also acting as an ambassador for our building and the values Olymbec represents. This role requires someone who is diligent, independent, and able to work well in a team to effectively carry out all assigned tasks.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintain offices and common areas;
- Clean walls, ceilings, light fixtures, windows, and hard-to-reach surfaces;
- Waxing and polishing floors;
- Mechanical cleaning of surfaces (with floor scrubber, polisher, etc.);
- Deep cleaning of common areas, including in particular:

- Corridors, entrance halls, stairs, and elevators;
- Meeting and training rooms (gym);
- Rooftop terrace and other outdoor spaces;
- Indoor parking and other service areas.

- Collecting and transporting waste, recycling, and other materials;
- Perform exterior work as needed (e.g., pathway snow removal, maintenance of access and rooftop terrace);
- All other related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:





- Certification or diploma in general building maintenance (an asset);
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cleaning commercial and residential buildings;
- Holder of a valid driver's license and a vehicle;

Working hours

Option 1-Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Option 2-Wednesay to Sunday, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Full-Time, 40 hours per week.

Salary: Current salary scale established by the decree of the Comité Paritaire for Public Building Maintenance.
