CLIENT EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

Beyond Physical is a growing women’s fitness company in Montreal dedicated to helping women 40+ improve their health, strength, confidence, and overall quality of life.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a Client Experience Specialist to guide new prospects through consultations, understand their goals, and help them choose the program that best fits their needs.

This is a client-facing, relationship-driven sales position. It is not a cold-calling role.

You will work directly with women who are already interested in improving their health and fitness, helping them feel comfortable, understood, and confident about taking the next step.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Conduct in-person consultations with prospective clients
- Give facility tours
- Complete discovery assessments to understand each person’s goals, challenges, and motivation
- Build genuine relationships and trust with prospective clients
- Present program options and pricing clearly
- Help clients enroll in the program that best matches their goals
- Follow up with prospects and current clients
- Support client retention and renewals
- Follow a structured consultation and sales process

- Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people face-to-face
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A great listener who can quickly build trust
- Professional, confident, and reliable




- Sales, customer service, fitness, wellness, or other client-facing experience is an asset
- Coachable and comfortable following a proven process
- Organized and consistent with follow-up
- Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others
- Motivated by both making an impact and achieving results

COMPENSATION Base salary plus uncapped commission on new enrollments and renewals.

Full training is provided.

Pay: $52,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
