We are looking for a Clinical Research Data Analyst who will work closely with our research team to maintain and oversee our clinical research database, lead data extraction and quality assurance activities, prepare and integrate datasets from trials within the database, and perform statistical analyses to support clinical research projects, manuscripts, grant applications and reporting. Here's What You Get To Do

- Maintain and oversee the team's clinical trial research database, including data structure management, user access controls, data dictionaries, and documentation.
- Merge data from multiple trials within the database, perform data extraction, cleaning, validation,



and quality assurance to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies, missing data, and inconsistencies in collaboration with research staff.
- Create and maintain analysis-ready datasets to support research studies, manuscripts, presentations, and grant applications.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and reproducible analytical workflows to support ongoing research activities.
- Conduct statistical analyses and generate tables, figures, and summary reports to support study objectives and research dissemination.
- Collaborate with investigators, research coordinators, trainees, and statisticians to support study design, data collection, analysis, and interpretation.

Here's What You Need

- Graduate degree in data science, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting quantitative clinical or health research, including the application of appropriate statistical methods.
- Experience with data management, cleaning, manipulation, and the creation of reproducible analytic datasets.
- Experience working with large and complex health or administrative datasets; experience with electronic health record data is preferred.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and in statistical programming using R and/or SAS
- High level of precision and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently on complex analytic tasks.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.




- Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong working relationships with multidisciplinary research team members.
