Job Overview

As a CNC Operator and Programmer, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the accurate fabrication of custom cabinet components. You will work closely with our design and production teams to translate technical drawings into high-quality finished products, contributing to the seamless execution of our projects.

Responsibilities

- Machine Operations: Set up, program, and operate CNC machinery to cut, shape, and mill cabinet components according to exact specifications.
- Software Integration: Utilize specialized cabinetry and design programs, including eCabinets Systems, vCarve Pro, and PanelMetrix.
- Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings to produce parts accurately with tight tolerances.
- Quality & Efficiency: Monitor machine operations, perform quality control checks, and make necessary adjustments to maintain precision.
- Maintenance & Safety: Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues during production to optimize working conditions.
- Material Handling:



Load and unload heavy materials into machines and safely operate a forklift

Requirements

- Experience: Proven experience as a CNC Operator and Programmer in a woodworking or cabinetry manufacturing environment. Prior experience operating or programming a Thermwood 43 CNC router is considered a strong asset.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in reading drawings, understanding machining processes, and operating CAD/cabinetry software.
- Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials weighing 50 lbs.
- Certification: Valid forklift licence required.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

While prior experience is required, we provide comprehensive training on our specific machinery and software
