- Collaborate on strength-based plans with diverse families
- Provide on-call coverage and manage student activities
- Develop family-centric treatment plans focused on individual needs
- Organize out-of-school programs for engagement

- 2-4 years of experience in trauma-informed youth work
- Degree or diploma in Human Services or relevant field
