Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver comprehensive coding lessons tailored to diverse learner levels, from beginners to advanced students
- Create an engaging classroom environment that stimulates curiosity, participation, and critical thinking
- Use a variety of teaching tools and resources to enhance understanding of programming concepts such as algorithms, data structures, and software development principles
- Assess student progress through projects, quizzes, and practical exercises; provide constructive feedback to support improvement
- Adapt teaching strategies based on student needs, learning styles,



and feedback to maximize engagement and comprehension
- Maintain organized lesson plans, attendance records, and student portfolios in compliance with program standards
- Foster an inclusive classroom culture that promotes collaboration, respect, and enthusiasm for coding

Skills

- Proven classroom experience in teaching coding or related STEM subjects
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Scratch
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly
- Passion for inspiring learners and nurturing their interest in technology and coding careers
- Ability to adapt lessons for different age groups and skill levels
- Demonstrated patience, enthusiasm, and motivational skills essential for effective teaching
