We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Coffee/Restaurant Staff. Previous barista or food service experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Take customer orders accurately and process transactions through cash handling and cashiering procedures
- Assist in food preparation and food service, ensuring quality standards are maintained
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, taking feedback, and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
- Restock supplies as needed and assist with general restaurant duties to support smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry, including barista experience, serving, or food preparation, is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is preferred
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work during restaurant hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
