Job Overview A Final Assembler is responsible for the final assembly of trolleys in the department. Each group of trolleys is assembled according to the type and size of the flight for which they are being used. The assembler works either as a team or individually.

Core Responsibilities Checking flight bills to determine what items are required for each flight.

Assembling flights: trolleys that have been rebuilt are brought over to the assembly area by the bar/boutique builders and staged according to flight number.

Adding headsets, hampers, and satchels to the trolleys as requested.

Pushing fully assembled flights into the cold room to await pickup.

Shift and Scheduling Responsibilities Work 8‐hour rotative shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Work overtime when required.

Arrive to work on time.

Pass a criminal background check.

Complete paperwork.

Communicate with supervisors and co‐workers.

Follow directions.

Work as a member of a team.

Environmental Requirements &

Working Conditions Will be exposed to extreme temperature changes and noise. Subject to cold temperatures ranging from +10°C to 0°C and below. Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product up to 50 lbs. 50% of the work will be performed in a refrigerator.

Education High School Diploma or GED required.

Language & Communication Skills Excellent interpersonal, influencing, verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proven teamwork experience in a fast‐paced environment.

Detail oriented, adaptable, responsive, and able to meet tight deadlines.

Ability to communicate effectively with management team and staff.

Ability to disclose data accurately.
