Job Summary

QuickPro Cleaning Solutions Ltd. is looking for a motivated, results-driven Independent Sales Representative to help us grow our cleaning business in Edmonton and surrounding areas.

This opportunity is commission-based only. We are looking for someone who is serious about finding real customers and signed cleaning contracts, not someone looking for an hourly or salaried position.

Responsibilities

- Find new commercial and residential cleaning customers
- Cold call businesses and potential clients
- Visit businesses, property managers, offices, clinics, retail locations, etc.
- Build relationships with decision-makers
- Promote QuickPro Cleaning Solutions and our services
- Use social media, networking, and other methods to generate leads
- Follow up with potential customers and turn leads into signed contracts

Requirements: Solid communication and sales skills

Confident approaching and speaking with business owners/managers

Self-motivated and able to work independently





Comfortable with cold calling and business-to-business sales

Results-oriented and focused on generating real customers

Previous sales experience is preferred

Cleaning, janitorial, property management, or facility-services sales experience is an asset

Reliable transportation is preferred

Professional attitude and appearance

Commission

Commission-based only — no hourly salary.

Commission is paid one time after a cleaning contract is successfully signed with QuickPro.
