Drive community engagement as a Communication Strategist with ESUMA, located in Kuujjuaq. Lead internal communications, organize promotional events, and design digital strategies for effective outreach. In this full time, permanent role, you'll report directly to the ESUMA Coordinator in the Sustainable Employment Department.

Your more than five years of experience in communications and project management will facilitate the development and execution of targeted campaigns. A background in the local Aboriginal community and labor market will greatly benefit your efforts in optimizing communication channels. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute promotional campaigns
- Update and manage the communication plan

- Create communication materials for diverse stakeholders Requirements:
- University degree in Communications or similar field
- Five years of experience in communications management
- Fluency in two of French, Inuktitut, or English
- Comprehensive understanding of regional communities
