Saulteau First Nations seeks a compassionate LPN for Home Care to support the community health nursing program. Reporting to the Health Centre Operations Manager, the LPN will deliver skilled nursing services to SFN children, elders and families.
Responsibilities include home visits, vital signs, wound care, charting, education, advocacy and coordination with the health department. Travel within SFN and surrounding areas is required; hours are 8:00–16:30, Monday to Thursday, with community-based
