Part-Time | 2 Days per Week | Field-Based

Home Care Professionals is looking for a personable, confident and relationship-driven individual to help grow our presence within Calgary’s healthcare and seniors’ communities.

This is primarily a community outreach and business development role. You’ll spend much of your time out in the community- meeting people, visiting facilities, attending events and building relationships that can lead to referrals and new partnerships.

What You’ll Do

- Visit senior living communities, healthcare facilities, clinics and other community organizations throughout Calgary
- Introduce Home Care Professionals and our services to potential referral partners
- Build relationships with administrators, care managers, social workers, healthcare professionals and other key contacts
- Attend healthcare, seniors’ and community networking events
- Identify new referral, partnership and business opportunities
- Deliver company materials and information to prospective partners
- Follow up with new and existing contacts and maintain relationships
- Keep an organized record of visits, contacts, leads and follow-ups
- Share feedback and opportunities you’re seeing in the community

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people and building relationships.





You should be comfortable walking into a new facility, introducing yourself, starting conversations and following up afterward.

Experience in home care, healthcare, senior living, community outreach, business development, sales or relationship management would be an asset.

You should also have:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A qualified, warm and confident approach
- Good organization and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and manage your day
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel throughout Calgary
- Basic computer skills

Schedule

This position will initially be approximately 2 days per week, primarily during weekday business hours.

There may be an opportunity for the role to grow based on business needs and results.

Home Care Professionals is a Calgary-based healthcare company providing home care, nursing, foot care and healthcare staffing services. We work with individuals, families, seniors’ communities and healthcare organizations throughout Calgary.

We’re looking for someone who can represent the company well in the community and help us build strong, long-term relationships.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 18.0 per week
