We are currently hiring full-time Security Guards – Condominium Concierge for residential condominium sites in Downtown Toronto.

What You Will Do

As a Condominium Concierge Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, staff, and contractors.

Your responsibilities will include

- Providing excellent customer service to residents, guests, clients, and visitors
- Monitoring CCTV, alarm, and security systems
- Performing access control and verifying authorized entry
- Managing parcel deliveries, sorting, and distribution
- Assisting with amenity bookings and other front-desk responsibilities
- Conducting regular patrols of designated areas
- Identifying and addressing unauthorized persons or trespassers in accordance with site procedures
- Responding appropriately to emergencies, including fire alarms and security incidents
- Completing accurate and detailed incident reports




- Following all company and client policies, procedures, and post orders
- Contacting and coordinating with emergency services or law enforcement when required
- Performing all security duties with professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment

What We Are Looking For Candidates must meet the following requirements:

- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Minimum 2 years of condominium or residential security experience
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Solid verbal and written English communication skills
- Professional appearance and customer-service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability and willingness to stand and conduct patrols throughout the shift
- Willingness to attend meetings, training sessions, and continuously improve professional skills
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence or higher
- Must be legally eligible to work full-time in Canada without hourly restrictions, in accordance with the client's site requirements
- Use of Force certification is considered an asset

Schedule Candidates must have flexibility to work various shifts, including:
- 8-hour shifts
- Morning shifts
- Afternoon/evening shifts
- Night shifts
- Weekdays
- Weekends
- Statutory holidays

Compensation $19.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and site assignment.
