Join Our Team: Experienced Construction & Hardscape Crew Member

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Hardscape & Construction Crew Member with at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, work effectively in a team, and know your way around a job site, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Building custom hardscape projects including pavers, retaining walls, patios, walkways, and outdoor living areas.
- Handling site preparation, grading, excavation, and base installation.
- Safely operating hand tools, power equipment, and soil compactors.
- Driving truck and trailer setups to transport machinery and materials to work sites.
- Assisting with daily job site setup, material handling, and end-of-day cleanup.
- Working collaboratively to complete projects efficiently, safely, and to high standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience:



Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in hardscaping or landscape construction.
- Driver’s License: Valid G2 or G License with a clean driving record required.
- Equipment Skills: Experience towing a truck/trailer and operating machinery (skid steers, mini-excavators, plate compactors) is a major asset.
- Physical Capability: Able to perform demanding physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions (lifting 50+ lbs, bending, standing).
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, and dependable daily.

What We Offer

- Competitive Pay: $22.00–$28.00/hour (based on experience and license level)
