Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Lead to join our team and drive excellence on our construction HVAC sites. In this pivotal role, you will supervise crew members, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead teams, coordinate complex tasks, and contribute to the successful delivery of diverse construction projects that include exhaust hood/chimney fabrication and installation; installation of walk in coolers/freezers.

Duties

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols

- Lead and motivate construction crews (welders/labourers), providing clear direction and support

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide onsite work accurately

- Manage site safety and coordination between crew members and other contractors

Requirements

- Proven supervising experience in a construction setting with a strong understanding of site operations





- Extensive construction experience with a solid knowledge of building processes and safety regulations

- Oversee welding, chimney fabrication/installation, curb installations and other mechanical tasks as required for project success.

- Familiarity with using schematics for troubleshooting and problem-solving on-site

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and coordinate with subcontractors and clients

- Willingness to travel to job sites across Saskatchewan, and Manitoba in company vehicle. Work weeks include long days/travel, and longer weekends for work/life balance.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
