Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team and contribute to various building projects. The ideal candidate will assist with site preparation, material handling, and general labor tasks to support skilled tradespeople. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while working in a dynamic and safety-focused workplace.

Responsibilities

- Assist with site cleanup and organization to ensure a safe work environment
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools around the job site
- Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, petroleum tecks and electricians with their tasks
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Dig trenches, mix concrete, and perform basic demolition work as needed
- Operate hand tools and light machinery under supervision

Requirements

- must be willing to work on the road Monday to Friday




- must have a valid drivers license with no restrictions
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
- Prior experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures and detail-oriented approach
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of construction site safety standards is preferred but not mandatory
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass any necessary background checks or drug screenings required by the company or project site

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$30.70 per hour
