PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR (OPERATIONS)

Job Location: Delta State

Job Type: Contract (6months: renewable upon performance)

Work Mode: Onsite

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support project execution across multiple client engagements. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Documentation

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project logs, schedules, and resource allocation records.
- Record and organize all project deliverables, ensuring accuracy in design drawings, BOQs, SLAs, and client correspondence.
- Support the preparation of case studies by collecting high-quality project images, client testimonials, and other relevant materials for marketing and documentation purposes.
- Track and report project milestones, highlighting any risks or delays to the Project Manager.
- Document all project materials, configurations, and equipment for smooth handover, maintenance, and marketing use.

SLA Development & Administration

- Collaborate with the Project Manager to draft, negotiate, and finalize Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients, ensuring alignment with project scope and deliverables.
- Monitor adherence to SLAs throughout project execution, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon timelines, quality standards, and service parameters.
- Maintain records of all SLA agreements, amendments, and associated documentation for audit and review purposes.
- Coordinate with clients to address SLA-related concerns and facilitate updates or renegotiations when necessary.
- Support the Project Manager in implementing penalty and reward clauses to drive accountability and client satisfaction.

Administrative Support





- Assist in developing and maintaining project budgets and resource allocation plans. Coordinate communication among project stakeholders, ensuring timely updates on progress and changes.
- Schedule and prepare agendas for project meetings, documenting and distributing meeting minutes as required.
- Support logistics planning for materials, tools, and staff to meet project timelines.

Quality Assurance & Client Relations

- Ensure all project documentation adheres to company SOPs and industry standards. Conduct quality checks on project deliverables to ensure they meet client specifications and SLA requirements.
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and proactive communication.
- Maintain a database of key project stakeholders, including consultants, architects, contractors, and suppliers, for project planning and reporting purposes.

Digital Marketing Support

- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide project materials such as case studies, high-resolution images, and project summaries.
- Maintain a comprehensive archive of completed projects for use in marketing campaigns and digital portfolio updates.
- Standardize templates for project summaries and SLA reports to streamline documentation for marketing and operational reviews.

Required/Desired Knowledge, Experience, and Skills

- Project Management Tools: Proficiency in applications such as Microsoft Projects, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and SLA management tools.




- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 2–4 years experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative roles
- SLA Expertise: Strong understanding of SLA development, negotiation, and compliance monitoring.
- Documentation Skills: Ability to organize, maintain, and retrieve complex project and SLA documentation.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication for coordinating with internal teams and clients.
- Time Management: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables under tight deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving project and SLA-related challenges.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with project documentation such as drawings, BOQs, and SLAs.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high degree of independence.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Additional Requirements

- Must Reside in Delta and available for 6months active contract role which is renewable based on performance
- Candidate must be available to resume immediately

Job Type: Contract Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Delta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:
- Higher National Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
- Project management or operations: 2 years (Preferred)
