About MineSpec Resources

MineSpec Resources is a mining construction management company supporting complex mining and industrial projects across Canada and the United States. We specialize in providing experienced construction management, commercial, supervision, and project execution personnel to support mining projects from early development through active construction and commissioning.

Our teams are built around practical project experience and execution-focused leadership. MineSpec personnel may operate as part of standalone project teams or integrate directly into a mine owner's, EPCM, or contractor organization to strengthen project delivery capability. MineSpec personnel routinely support mine owners and EPCM organizations on major capital projects involving heavy civil, underground development, infrastructure, process facilities, and other industrial construction scopes.

Our approach is practical, field-oriented, and focused on safe execution, commercial discipline, contractor performance, and effective project delivery.

Work closely with Construction Management and Project Controls to manage field direction, contract commitments, forecast impacts, expenditures, changes, and commercial exposure.
