Wednesday–Saturday availability is REQUIRED.

Day shifts are generally 8:00–9:00 AM to 4:00–6:00 PM, depending on the day and business needs.

About the Position

We are looking for a fast, reliable and responsible person to join our bakery team.

The main tasks are

- Preparing sandwiches
- Preparing coffee and iced drinks
- Straightforward kitchen prep
- Portioning and assembling products
- Keeping the work area clean and organized
- Learning cashier and customer service duties in the future

Full training is provided.

The recipes are simple. The work is not complicated, but it is fast-paced.

Speed Is Important

You must be able to:

- Work quickly and efficiently
- Switch between tasks quickly
- Work on several orders at the same time
- Combine tasks instead of waiting for one task to finish
- Increase your pace when there is a rush and customers are waiting
- Follow instructions and work independently
- Stay organized during busy periods

Example performance targets:

Sandwiches: approximately 1.5 minutes per sandwich

Coffee: approximately 1–1.5 minutes per drink

When several orders come in at the same time, you should be able to combine tasks and work efficiently.

Training & Probation

You will be trained on all of the main tasks of the position.

During the probationary period, we will evaluate speed, accuracy, consistency, reliability, independence and ability to improve with feedback.

Performance bonuses are available for meeting established targets.

This is a fast-paced food-service position. We are looking for someone who learns quickly, stays productive, takes initiative and can maintain a good pace when things get busy.

Pay: $16.00-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
