Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and food handlers, fostering a collaborative and motivated team atmosphere
- Develop creative menus that reflect current food trends while maintaining consistency and quality standards
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure dishes meet high standards of presentation and taste
- Manage food safety protocols diligently, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper handling procedures
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless food service and customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels,



order supplies, and control food costs to optimize kitchen efficiency
- Train new team members on cooking techniques, safety procedures, and restaurant policies
