Overview The Product Quality Coordinator plays a pivotal role in identifying and addressing issues related to CKP kraft paper products. They are responsible for communicating findings to the papermill staff and providing support to drive continuous improvements in product quality and production processes. The role also involves collaborating with Canadian Kraft Sales and Marketing (CKS) and Canadian Kraft Paper (CKP) customers to provide technical support and ensure optimal utilization of CKP high-performance kraft papers.

Responsibilities
- Liaison with CKS, CKP Production and Mill Services personnel to develop knowledge and understanding of product quality and processes within the operation.
- Responsible to manage and maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Flexibility is required to make customer needs a number one priority.
The Product Quality
Coordinator is required to be available with short notice for travel to customer locations globally (valid passport is required).
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of processes and CKP product.
Qualifications
- Post secondary Science degree or diploma is preferred.
However, candidates with 5-10 years papermill experience, knowledge of our paper grades and willingness to learn will be considered.
- Knowledge of the paper making process.
- High attention to detail is required.
- Good understanding of Microsoft office and computer-based data analysis tools is required.
- Strong documentation and communication skills will be essential.
