Centre offers a Relief Shelter Services Counsellor position for dedicated professionals focused on assisting women in crisis. This role involves managing shelter operations and providing trauma-informed counselling on a rotating shift schedule. Crisis intervention is crucial, with responsibilities including client case management and community advocacy. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct counselling and support services for shelter residents
- Facilitate crisis intervention via support phone lines
- Work with community partners for client referrals and support Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in social work or a related area
- Relevant experience in social services preferred
- Strong decision-making capabilities under pressure
- Certification in CPR & First Aid
