PT Midnight Shift - 11pm-7am.

Previous Gas Station experience preferred, not required. Training provided.

`Duties`

- Provide exceptional customer service to customers.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Communicate effectively in English to serve a diverse customer base
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
- Cleaning duties - . i.e. washroom full cleanings, sweeping, mopping, garbage changes etc.

`Requirements`

- Previous gas station experience preferred.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills are required




- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail

- Gas Station Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
