Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Cuisinier (Cook) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring food safety standards are met, and delivering outstanding food service. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items with precision, following established recipes and presentation standards
- Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen to meet food safety regulations
- Assist in food plating and presentation to ensure appealing dishes are served promptly
- Support the team during busy periods by managing multiple cooking stations effectively




- Follow all food handling procedures to ensure hygiene and safety standards are upheld
- Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth and efficient food service

Requirements

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant kitchen roles within the food industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with meal preparation, serving, and kitchen operations preferred
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food industry certifications or culinary training is a plus but not mandatory
