You’ll leverage your estimating knowledge to execute precise appraisals and work effectively with team members to meet KPIs. This role demands effective communication and strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently
- Diagnose collision and refinishing damages accurately
- Assign jobs to body technicians as needed
- Manage parts ordering and sublet repairs
- Maintain high quality documentation in MIS Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years collision estimating experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of estimating software
- I-Car certification preferred or in progress
