Location: Office-based

Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000

Key Responsibilities

- Answer calls and service requests from new and existing customers via phone and email.
- Dispatch technicians and contractors across Canada.
- Build positive relationships with customers, technicians, and contractors.
- Enter and manage service calls in our CRM and customer portals.
- Ensure work orders, invoices, and other documentation are completed accurately and on time.
- Keep contractor documents up to date, including WSIB/WCB and Certificates of Insurance.
- Communicate with corporate customers regarding their invoicing and service systems.
- Follow up with customers, contractors, and other parties as needed.
- Manage a multi-line telephone system.
- Participate in a weekend rotation for service dispatch.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring
- At least 2 years of customer service or call centre experience,



preferably handling customer requests, orders, accounts, or issues.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
- Robust organization, planning, and follow-up skills.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable asking questions to clarify information.
- Ability to work independently and find solutions.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with an ERP or CRM system is an asset.
- Experience in a service-based environment is an asset.
- Strong customer service skills both by phone and in person.
- A willingness to learn and ask questions when needed.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
