Retail Store Assistant

· Communication: Communicate precisely to understand specific needs of each customer; offer options/products to customers in a professional way that invites return visits

· Learner: Staying up to date on products/offers to deal with customer inquiries with comprehensive knowledge and accuracy

· Goal oriented: Upselling - Maintaining sales goals on a daily/weekly basis

· Welcoming: Make sure the store is inviting by building friendly workplace

· Customer service: Create a welcoming environment for customers and make a positive impact engaging with the communities.

· Teamwork:



Create a positive work environment for the team by playing his/her role in the team, communicating well within the team

· Paperwork: Active participation in ordering inventory which will require understanding of customer needs and documenting inventory accurately

· Clean work place: Keeping the work place clean and tidy at all time

· Integrity: Follow industry/company procedures

· Any other duties as assigned by the manager

Basic cannabis product knowledge preferred, but a willingness to learn is essential

QCW (Qualifies Cannabis Worker) / Sell Safe License online training is mandatory for working at the cannabis retail store. Age 18+.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
