Maritime Thermal Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for confident, driven people who want to earn, improve, and move up. You’ll connect with homeowners, introduce energy-efficient heat pump solutions, and schedule free consultations with qualified specialists.

No experience required. This is an entry-level job. We provide the training, tools, and support. You bring the confidence, work ethic, and willingness to perform.

(In-person position. We are not hiring part-time or remote applicants.)

What You’ll Do

Speak with homeowners about heat pump solutions, explain the benefits of lower energy costs and year-round comfort, schedule free consultations, and represent Maritime Thermal Solutions professionally.

What You Get

- $750–$1,250/week through guaranteed daily bonuses, commissions & incentives




- Weekly pay every Friday + $200 signing bonus after 2 months
- Full training, company tools & ongoing support

Who We’re Looking For

Confident communicators who are dependable, coachable, competitive, and comfortable talking to people. Customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, leadership, or sales experience is an asset but not required.
