Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and enthusiasm.

- Engage in active upselling and cross-selling opportunities to promote additional products or services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry systems with precision and accuracy.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience.




- Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service or related roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued; fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to analyze customer issues quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Bilingual candidates with sales experience will have an advantage in upselling efforts.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse customers.
