We’re growing our team and looking for a Customer Service & Sales Associate who enjoys meeting new people, helping customers, and working toward goals.

This is an entry-level, full-time opportunity. No previous sales or customer service experience is required. We provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you build confidence, product knowledge, and practical customer service and sales skills.

What You’ll Do

- Meet with customers in person to understand their needs and introduce relevant Rogers products and services
- Build positive relationships with customers through skilled and friendly interactions
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate plans, products, and options
- Explain pricing, features, promotions, and service options clearly and accurately
- Answer customer questions about plans, accounts, billing, and available services
- Assist customers with account changes, upgrades, renewals, and new service setup
- Address customer concerns and help find appropriate solutions
- Follow up with customers and maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activity
- Stay up to date on current products, services, promotions, and program changes
- Work toward individual and team goals while maintaining a high standard of customer service




- Participate in regular training, coaching, team meetings, and development sessions

No previous sales or customer service experience is required. We’re looking for people with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
