We are seeking a reliable, skilled CWB Certified Welder & Fabricator to join our team.

The ideal candidate lives in or near the Fraser Valley (Mission, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Maple Ridge) and has solid experience reading blueprints, fabricating structural metal, and performing high-quality welds safely and independently. You will work closely with our project managers, in-house designer, and field installation teams to ensure all custom components are welded/fabricated safely, accurately, to specification, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

· Welding & Fabrication: Fabricate, assemble, fit, and weld metal components according to blueprints and technical drawings. Perform SMAW, GMAW (MIG), and FCAW welding on steel, aluminum, or stainless steel as required.

· Quality & Safety: Inspect finished fabrications and welds for dimensional accuracy, crisp bend angles, finish quality, structural integrity, and minimal material waste. Maintain strict safety standards in accordance with WorkSafeBC (WCB) regulations. Keep work areas clean, organized,



and hazard-free.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Certification: Valid CWB Certification is mandatory. Red Seal endorsement is an asset.

· Experience: Minimum 3+ years of custom fabrication and welding experience.

· Blueprint Reading: Ability to accurately read and interpret shop drawings and structural schematics.

· Safety & Communication: In-depth knowledge of WorkSafeBC safety procedures and PPE standards. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members.

· Location: Must live within commuting distance (Mission, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Maple Ridge, or surrounding areas).
