Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Roll Off Driver to join our team . In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a recent, automatic, single axel roll-off trucks to transport waste and materials, supporting our mission to maintain beautiful and well-kept outdoor spaces. This position will also be a salt truck in the winter time meaning full year round work.
Responsibilities
- Operate roll-off trucks safely and efficiently to transport waste materials.
- Load and unload debris using appropriate equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to ensure safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Assist with other landscaping or maintenance tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid D/Z driver's license.
- Clean and Insurable driving history/abstract
- Proven experience operating roll-off trucks or similar heavy vehicles.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial driving.
- Ability to perform routine vehicle inspections.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic mechanical skills are a plus.
- Prior experience in landscaping or property maintenance is preferred.
