Responsibilities

- Assist with daily milking routines, ensuring cows are comfortable and milked efficiently using farm machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of farm equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operation.
- Support cattle care activities, including feeding, watering, cleaning stalls, and monitoring animal health.
- Handle heavy lifting tasks such as moving feed, supplies, or equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness of barns, milking areas, and surrounding farm facilities to promote animal health and safety.




- Operate various farm machinery such as tractors, feed mixers, and other equipment with proper safety protocols.
- Record daily activities related to animal health, feed schedules, and equipment maintenance for accurate farm management.

Requirements

- Mechanical knowledge is essential for operating and troubleshooting farm machinery efficiently.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of daily tasks on the farm.
- Experience or familiarity with farm machinery is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to animal care and equipment maintenance.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to dairy farming operations.

This position is a paid opportunity designed for motivated individuals eager to work in a lively agricultural setting! Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
