Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced In-Store Decorator / Designer with a strong focus on selling and servicing custom blinds, window treatments, drapery, and side panels. You will act as our assistant window coverings expert while expanding your knowledge across our entire showroom catalog to provide end-to-end design guidance for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Window Coverings Focus: Consult with clients to design, specify, and sell custom blinds, drapery, side panels, and hardware; handle client service needs and post-sale support. Place and receive orders and schedule installations.
- Showroom Sales & Design: Learn and consult on our extensive decor collections, including boutique wallpapers and premium paint/stain lines (C2, Farrow & Ball, CIL/PPG, Sico, Sansin, ProLuxe, Saman, Old Masters, Cutek, Timber Pro).
- Cross-Category Recommendations:



Drive additional revenue by pairing window treatments with our furniture collections and wall coverings.
- Customer Service: Build lasting relationships with retail customers, interior designers, and contractors, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience Required: Previous experience in interior design, decor sales, or custom window treatment specification.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (handling product samples, paint cans, and heavy fabric rolls and blinds).
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, active listening, and consultative sales skills.
- Detail-Oriented: Precision with measurements, order forms, and custom product specifications.

What We Offer
