- Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports in collaboration with Underwriting, Finance, Actuarial, Claims, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders.
- Support audits of DUAs as required, including bordereaux reporting and data quality testing, sample selection of underwriting files for file review, etc.
- Develop, document, maintain, and monitor operational best practices for DUA programs.

- Lead and contribute to cross-functional initiatives with internal stakeholders to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of DUA operations and resolve operational or technical issues.
- Provide operational insight and recommendations to support the development and execution of TMCAN’s DUA strategy.
- Day-to-day management of the DUA Assistants; including mentoring, coaching, and performance discussions.

Who You Are

You are team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a consensus culture with an emphasis on collaboration. You are a self-starter who is excited by the opportunity to jump right in and can come up to speed quickly. You are comfortable working on a lean team and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and do the work that needs to be done.
