Sal’s Barrhead is looking for a reliable, friendly team member to join our team as a Delivery Driver / Front of House Team Member.

This is a combined role. When not completing deliveries, you will assist with front-of-house duties and general restaurant operations.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver customer orders safely and on time
- Collect payment at the customer’s location using a portable POS/debit-credit machine
- Handle cash, debit and credit card payments accurately
- Provide friendly and skilled customer service
- Take customer orders in person and over the phone
- Package and prepare orders for pickup and delivery
- Assist with cleaning, stocking and keeping the front area organized
- Help other team members as needed during busy periods

Requirements:





- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Valid vehicle insurance
- Comfortable using a portable POS terminal and handling customer payments
- Friendly, dependable and trustworthy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to work evenings and weekends
- Restaurant or customer service experience is an asset, but training can be provided
