Corporate Couriers Logistics is looking for a Temporary Relief Delivery Driver to join our Victoria operations as soon as possible.

This is a temporary employee position designed to provide coverage when regular drivers are unavailable, on vacation, or when additional operational support is required.

Position Details

- Position: Temporary Relief Delivery Driver

- Schedule: Full-time / relief coverage based on operational requirements

Responsibilities
- Deliver and pick up packages safely, accurately, and on time
- Cover assigned delivery routes when regular drivers are unavailable
- Load and unload packages as required
- Deliver packages to homes, businesses, and apartment buildings
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Use a smartphone and delivery applications throughout the day
- Follow directions from dispatch and the operations team
- Communicate effectively with customers and the operations team
- Complete deliveries efficiently while following safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
- Work at a steady pace while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s Licence — No N or L licence




- Clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to safely operate a cargo van
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs (23 kg)
- Comfortable driving in traffic and various weather conditions
- Comfortable getting in and out of a vehicle multiple times throughout the day
- Comfortable walking, standing, and climbing stairs
- Good knowledge of the Victoria area
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using a smartphone
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Available to start immediately

Experience Previous courier, delivery, logistics, or professional driving experience is an asset but not required.

Experience with companies such as UPS, FedEx, Amazon, or other delivery services is considered an asset.

About the Role

This is a temporary relief driver position, not a regular permanent route assignment. The driver will provide coverage based on operational needs, including covering regular drivers' days off, vacations, and other absences.

The length of the temporary assignment will depend on business and operational requirements.
