The Role:
This position provides guidance on industry standard demand planning practices, reviews assigned forecast portfolio and ensures the maintenance and the integrity of Demand Plan and the Logility software.
What you get to do:
- Initiate and develop strong relationships with cross functional teams
- Regular monitoring of how our high-volume accounts are performing
- Evaluate and measure forecast accuracy and bias results against objectives/plan; leverage results with the account leads in order to drive corrective action
- Facilitate the identification and resolution of forecast variances, and approve updates
- Participate in the monthly Consensus Demand and S&OP; meetings with the Sales Team / Marketing
- Actively participate in our Commercialization process to ensure forecasts are being updated to support new projects
- Support inventory management strategies by monitoring global solutions created by Integrated Business Planning
- Highlight emerging demand trends that require action planning and/or decision making
What you bring to the role:
- 4 + years related experience in Demand Planning / Sales Planning / Finance
- APICS certification is considered an asset
- Demonstrated experience with Logility – Demand Planning, Microsoft AX – ERP, and advanced Excel skills
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Problem Solving
- Robust analytical skills and affinity for numbers

- The hiring range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000.
