We are seeking a motivated and energetic Demolition Labourer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in safely executing demolition projects, preparing sites for new construction, and assisting with various tasks that require physical strength and technical know-how. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest safety standards.

Responsibilities

- Assist with the safe demolition of structures using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment under supervision.
- Read and interpret construction plans on Jobber to understand project requirements & executions.
- Break down concrete, masonry, drywall, and other materials for removal or recycling.
- Support site cleanup by removing debris, sorting materials for disposal or reuse, and maintaining a tidy work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE)



diligently to prevent accidents.

Experience

- Prior construction experience is highly preferred, especially in demolition or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and masonry techniques is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in physically demanding environments while maintaining attention to safety standards is essential.
- Certification or training in equipment operation or specific trades (e.g., OSHA safety certification) is a plus but not mandatory.
