We are seeking a Dental Administrator to join our Dental Choice Team.

Full-time opportunity -

- Monday to Friday - Dayshifts only

Career Level : Experienced Dental Administrator ( Minimum 3 year of Dental Administrator experience ) About Us We are a well-established dental practice with a strong focus on comprehensive treatment planning and Invisalign. Our team is dedicated, upbeat, and committed to providing outstanding patient experiences every day.

As our Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our dentist and team while creating a positive environment for patients.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 year experience in Dental Administration role
- Proficient with all administrator duties including but not limited to scheduling patients, coordinating hygiene, submissions for predeterminations, entering insurance payments, etc.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, staff, and dental providers.
- Expectational customer service, takes initiative, sense of urgency, motivates team.
- Experience with A/R and treatment coordination

Wage expectation is based on experience - ($27/hr- $33/hr) wage based on experience Dental Choice provides a supportive work environment where our team members have the opportunity to learn and grow as well as provide exceptional patient care.
