Responsibilities

- Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal treatments.
- Assess patients’ oral health and provide appropriate recommendations for care.
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Cleardent software.
- Assist in the management of patient flow and scheduling.
- Collaborate with the dentist to develop treatment plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming environment for patients.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental hygiene practices.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Prepare and maintain dental materials and supplies
- Schedule and confirm dental appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records

Skills

Proficiency in dental computer-programs and imaging software, (Cleardent)



Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work well in a team environment

Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures

Familiarity with infection control protocols and safety standards
