Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Receptionist to join our team in North Burnaby. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing an important role in ensuring a positive patient experience.

We are looking to hire the right employee, who is looking for long-term, stable employment.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations effectively.

- Schedule appointments and maintain patient records using DOM Software
- Handle the office phone system and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Assist with billing and insurance verification/submission.




- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a dental or health care receptionist is not required, but an asset.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Efficient at computer data entry and comfortable with Windows based programs.
- The successful candidate will be friendly, confident, and able to interact well with all patients, most notably, seniors.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
