Dentistry at Kemptville is part of a growing group of four dental clinics in Eastern Ontario, led by Dr. Hemal Patel. We focus on implant dentistry, sedation and comfortable, caring patient experiences. We want patients to feel looked after, not processed.

This is a vacant position, and we're looking for an experienced, confident Office Manager who will lead our team and run the day-to-day operations of our Kemptville clinic.

What you'll do

- Act as team leader for the clinic: set the tone, motivate the team and lead by example
- Handle staff issues and conflicts fairly and promptly, and escalate responsible matters to the owner
- Hold regular check-ins and team huddles to keep everyone aligned
- Coordinate staff schedules and onboarding, and support staff training
- Manage the patient schedule, recall system and same-day openings in Dentrix
- Oversee insurance billing, pre-determinations, payments and accounts receivable
- Present treatment plans and financial options to patients with clarity and care
- Handle patient concerns professionally and support a warm, welcoming office culture
- Monitor supplies and ordering,



and work with suppliers
- Track office performance and report to the owner regularly
- Ensure compliance with privacy (PHIPA), AODA and clinic policies

What we're looking for

- 5+ years of dental office experience, including at least 2 years leading or supervising a team
- Proven ability to handle staff issues calmly and fairly
- Strong working knowledge of Dentrix (required)
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance and CDA fee guides
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with calm leadership under pressure
- Treatment coordination experience is an asset
