Destination Development Manager - DMC — Toronto, ON

We're a destination management and event production company seeking a driven business developer to grow our market presence. You'll spend your time cultivating relationships with hotels, venues, DMOs, and industry partners who can refer and recommend our services to the clients who need them most.

This is an independent, relationship-heavy role that rewards people who are organized, tenacious, and genuinely passionate about the destination they represent.

What You Bring

- At least 5 years in a sales or business development capacity within hotels, events, or tourism




- Hands-on experience in destination management or a directly relevant role
- Proven ability to grow a book of business and contribute to organizational revenue goals
- Strong self-management skills — you prioritize well, follow up consistently, and close
- A warm but professional communication style, both in writing and in person
- Experience in presenting to senior stakeholders and navigating complex client relationships
- A team-oriented approach to working with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners
- Sound judgment and a high standard of professionalism in all interactions
- Thorough knowledge of Toronto's tourism infrastructure, key players, and destination assets
