Devon Halsey is seeking a proactive, highly organized Operations Specialist to provide part-time operational support across the business. We operate as a small collaborative team and priorities may shift from week to week. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working across functions and can operate independently with established processes.

The role is approx 5-10 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities

- respond to customer inquires

-coordinate warehouse orders and fulfillment issues

-provide operational support for wholesale orders

-ensure customer service and partner communication

Inventory & Logistics:

- coordinate with warehouse preparation for inbound and outbound accuracy

-confirm inventory receipts and flag discrepancies

- support inventory movements and returns
- communicate with the warehouse, logistics and external partners

Business Operations

- prepare reoccurring weekly zoom meetings

-Capture decision, action items, owners and deadlines as well as followups

-provide business and operational support for the Founder & CEO

Additional Support





-Wholesale platform admin

-SOP and process documentation

-Routine operational and inventory support

What we are looking for

- highly organized, dependable and detailed orientated

-comfortable and proactive taking an assignment from request through completion

-strong written and verbal communicator

-able to work independently, strong follow thru

-experience in operations, customer service, sales operations, logistics, executive support

-comfortable working with digital business systems, AI and learning new tools.

Previous experience in apparel, fashion, luxury, retail, wholesale, Ecommerce is required!

This is a remote part time job... the ideal person enjoys creating orders behind the scenes, communicates clearly, and can be trusted to keep assigned work moving without constant direction.

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 per week
