Manage and monitor event registrations and attendee communications. Coordinate event reminders, confirmations, updates, and follow-up communications. Support event-day marketing, photography, videography, signage, branding, and guest engagement. Work with internal teams to ensure events are promoted effectively before, during, and after they take place.

Public Relations & Communications Support SacredHand Canada’s public relations and media outreach. Draft press releases, media advisories, announcements, newsletters, organizational updates, and public statements. Help develop relationships with local media, community organizations, influencers, partners, and other stakeholders. Identify opportunities for media coverage and increased public awareness. Coordinate media inquiries and interview opportunities with management. Maintain an organized database of media and community contacts. Assist with storytelling that highlights the impact of SacredHand Canada’s programs while protecting the dignity and privacy of the people we serve.
