Our client, a well-established company in the fashion retail industry, is looking for a Digital & Email Marketing Manager to join its growing digital team. This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with solid analytical skills and enjoys driving ecommerce performance through website content, email marketing, CRM and digital campaigns.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce and/or CRM/email marketing.
- Retail, fashion or consumer brand experience is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, SAP Emarsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar.
- Experience with Shopify or comparable ecommerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, automation and customer lifecycle marketing.




- Comfortable analyzing digital performance data and turning insights into action.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize website content, promotions, landing pages and digital merchandising.
- Build, QA and launch email campaigns aligned with the marketing and promotional calendar.
- Develop segmentation, personalization and targeting strategies across email and onsite experiences.
- Analyze website and email performance, identify opportunities and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Lead A/B testing across email and website content to improve engagement and conversion.
- Coordinate creative briefs and work closely with Ecommerce, CRM, Brand, Merchandising and Digital teams.
- Support customer lifecycle marketing, automation and retention initiatives.
- Ensure email marketing activities comply with CASL requirements and industry best practices.
