We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Dishwasher & Prep Cook to join our back-of-house team and help keep our kitchen running smoothly during busy services.

Key Responsibilities:

Dishwashing & Sanitation:

- Operates commercial dishwashers, washing cookware, station tools, dinnerware, and glassware efficiently.
- Clean, sanitize, and organize dish pits, food prep areas, and kitchen stations throughout the shift.
- Dispose of trash, recycling, and compost properly; assist with maintaining general kitchen cleanliness.

Food Preparation & Support:

- Assist line cooks with basic food prep (e.g., washing and chopping produce, prepping salads/herbs, portioning ingredients).
- Help stock prep stations, organize walk-in coolers,



and handle line setup before meal rushes.
- Maintain strict food safety and proper sanitation standards.

Requirements:

- Experience: Previous dishwasher experience preferred. Basic prep cook or knife skills experience is required.
- Physical Ability: Able to stand for long periods, work in a warm environment, and lift up to 40–50 lbs.
- Efficiency & Mindset: Strong attention to cleanliness, speed during peak rushes, and a positive team attitude.
- Availability: Adaptable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
