Unholy Donuts is a premium, small-batch donut shop known for over-the-top, hole-less, style creations. We pride ourselves on quality, speed, presentation, and exceptional customer engagement.

We are looking for a part-time Donut decorator who works efficiently, maintains high standards, can handle a rush hour, and delivers robust customer interaction.

This is not a passive back-of the house role. You must be comfortable working both behind the counter and engaging with guests.

Late-night availability on Fridays and Saturdays until 2:30am Friday and Saturdays is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Production and Decoration

- Decorate donuts quickly and consistently to brand and standard

*Maintain clean and organized work station

*Assist with ingredient prep and stocking

*Follow sanitation and food safety procedures

*Work efficiently during high-volume rush periods

Customer Engagement

*Greet customers confidently and warmly

*Guide customers through product options

*Upsell naturally and professionally

*Maintain appropriate professional spacing and service etiquette

*Encourage repeat visits, and customer feedback

Closing Duties

*complete nightly cleaning procedures

*clean display glass and work surfaces

*prepare boxes and supplies for next day service

*mop and organize kitchen as required

*Follow closing checklist fully before leaving

*Able to coordinate, multitask, make good use of time, and prioritize tasks

Requirements

*must be available late nights Fridays and Saturdays until 2:30 am

*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

*Excellent communication skills both with staff and customers.

*Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking





*Reliable and punctual

*Ability to work with the team, provides feedback, insight, offer solutions

*Ability to stand for extended periods

*Food handling certification required

Have a reliable form of transportation. Be on time for work and avoid being late. Must be living in Toronto and close to work.

Must have food handlers certificate

Must have both, be a graduate in pastry diploma/pastry student and have experience .

Must be living here in Toronto and preferably close to the business and have a reliable form of transportation
